  • A great date night - All of the food was very delicious! Martinis were a little pricey, but they did not skimp on the alcohol and there was a great selection. Alfredo was very very good...using the green spinach pasta improved upon the taste and made the dish more fun. Scallops were cooked to perfection and so delicious. As always, we had a great experience and greatly enjoyed the food. The Tiramisu at Grazie is one of the best I've ever had!
  • Went for New Years Eve, didnt' have a special menu which was refreshing and even were offering complimentary champgane tastings! Had an excellent server and food was great too!
  • we've eaten at grazie! many times and have never been disappointed. the food and wait staff always meet expectations. we appreciate the support grazie! gives the local boys & girls club, so we try to "give back" by choosing them for eating out whenever we can. tall booths make for privacy, or tables in open areas are nice for groups. the bar area is very classy, too. we highly recommend for great italian food
  • we were seated immediately when we arrived. a definite plus for a party of 15. food was excellent as was the service. two waitresses for our party. we were seated at 2 adjoining round tables in a semi-private room.
  • we drove from northern indiana to attend the famous indiana university opera theater and thus wanted an appropriate venue not only in which to dine but also to treat friends from ohio on their first trip to bloomington, indiana. this restaurant pleasingly fulfilled out need to dine comfortably; but also impressed our guests from ohio. dennis & judy
  • outdoor dining available weather permitting. great dining experience, great food, and great service. we will be back!
  • this was a special day since my brothers and sister and their spouses get together only once a year. that is usually in florida. this was a great place to have a short family reunion, because of the good food, and when we talked we could hear each other. this is a place that we stop at once or twice a year after or before a football game. after one of iu football games, you need great food to take your mind off the game. came in with a group of 8 for a home football game weekend. place was packed but service was quick and efficient. someone at our table tried each of the three specials and each were fantastic. i think they recently got a new menu and it went above my expectations. will definitely be back!
  • grazie was incredible. I proposed to my girlfriend earlier in the day and had made reservations at grazie for lunch. i had roses delivered before hand. the staff set us up at a wonderful, romantic table. the service was incredible as well as the food. everyone was very nice and I will definitely go back.
  • not certain we could arrive on time, we were assured by phone that our table for five would be available whenever we arrived. tips on where to park were helpful. the easy-to-read menu offered something for the varied tastes of our party. nobody was disappointed -- from appetizer, gimlet, etc., to dessert. though disheveled after 5-1/2 hours at the iu football stadium, we were treated as vips. subtle and tasteful recorded music caressed our senses, never interfering with conversations. the segue to a live pianist did not alter this ambiance. early diners should have a designated driver so they can linger in the lounge, within earshot of the baby grand. our dining experience made our 500-mile football trip doubly rewarding.
  • I’m not sure why this place was rated so low. i was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews here, but my friend really wanted to go here. we got there and were seated promptly. the waitress was very nice and got our drinks and appetizers. i got the garlic bread, and it was a bit over done. i figured that it was going to go down hill from here, but i was wrong. we got our salad and it was great. the house dressing is very good and the pickled onions in the salad were tasty. we got our main courses right when we had finished our salads. it was perfect timing. i had the angel hair pasta with shrimp and crab, and it was awesome. our waitress checked on us several times and our glasses were never empty. the food was great with the exception of the slightly over toasted garlic bread. all in all i would recommend going here and giving it a try.
  • grazie is a terrific place to dine. the atmosphere is wonderful and comfortable. the mamas meatballs are to die for and they are huge...about the size of golf balls! my friend got the filet and she said is was cooked perfectly. we will definitely return. pros: good atmosphere, friendly staff, free salad and bread, within walking distance to most of downtown, great steaks (surprising right?), cool patio, extensive wine list,
  • my wife and i went back to grazie! for dinner while attending iu orientation with our daughter. our son went to school at iu, so this wasn't our first visit. for a thursday evening, the restaurant was surprisingly busy, but we had a very short wait - even though the hostess said 30 minutes, we had a table in 15. sat on the patio. food was terrific, service was timely. prices are a little higher higher than your typical olive garden, but the food more than makes up for it. manager came up and introduced herself. after learning that they accept reservations, we made one for the next time we'll be visiting in september. pros: grown up italian food. cool concrete bar. strong drinks. good selection of menu items. lots of big tables for groups of people. cons- a little crowded on a busy night, but the place has great energy.
